Terms And Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between you ("The Client") and Himalayan Magic Treks (P.) Ltd. ("The Company"). By booking and confirming any trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern our relationship and the services provided.
1. Bookings
1.1. A booking is confirmed once The Client completes the booking form and pays a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
2. Payments
2.1. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (subject to a 4% processing fee), or cash.
2.2. Any bank charges for transfers must be borne by The Client.
3. Cancellations
By The Company:
- If a trip is canceled due to insufficient participants, The Client may choose an alternative trip or receive a full refund.
By The Client:
- 60+ days before departure: Deposit forfeited.
- 30–60 days before departure: Deposit + 50% of the trip fee forfeited.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
4. Itinerary Changes
- By The Company: Changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Client can choose to cancel and receive a full refund or agree to modifications.
- By The Client: Any changes requested may incur additional charges agreed upon in advance.
5. Insurance
The Client must have travel insurance that includes emergency evacuation and medical coverage.
6. Complaints
Any complaints should be communicated promptly to the trip leader or guide. If unresolved, they must be submitted in writing to the Company.
7. Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges the risks associated with adventure travel and agrees that The Company is not liable for accidents, delays, or losses beyond its control.
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and personal losses is mandatory.
9. Promotion
The Company reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during trips for promotional purposes without requiring further consent.
10. Additional Charges
- Single room supplements apply to clients not sharing accommodations.
- Any extra services beyond the booking agreement will incur additional charges.
