Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be met by a representative from Himalayan Magic Treks and transferred to your luxury hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Enjoy a warm welcome and a relaxed evening to recover from your journey.
Today offers a fascinating introduction to Nepal’s rich cultural heritage. After breakfast, your guide will lead you on a curated tour of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square. Later in the afternoon, attend a detailed trip briefing to prepare for the trek.
Start your day with a short, scenic flight to Pokhara, offering spectacular aerial views of the Himalayas. Upon landing, you’ll enjoy a relaxing drive to Birenthanti, a peaceful riverside village and your first stop in the Annapurna region.
The trek begins! You’ll follow stone-paved paths through terraced hillsides and subtropical forests to reach the beautiful Gurung village of Ghandruk, one of the most scenic settlements in the region. This village offers close-up views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare (Fishtail).
Descend gradually through a forested trail before crossing the Modi Khola via a suspension bridge. The route then ascends gently to reach Landruk, a quieter and equally charming village across the valley from Ghandruk, surrounded by rice terraces and mountain views.
Today’s route winds through picturesque countryside, with farmlands, oak forests, and panoramic ridge trails. You’ll reach Dhampus, a scenic village perched above the Pokhara valley, renowned for its stunning sunset and sunrise views over the Annapurna range.
After breakfast, descend through a tranquil forest to Phedi, where your vehicle will be waiting. A short drive takes you back to Pokhara, where you can enjoy the lakeside ambiance and reflect on your trekking journey.
In the morning, take a 30-minute flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for a leisurely day. You may choose to explore Thamel’s local markets, enjoy a spa treatment, or simply relax.
